King’s Kids Club is an after-school program for children from preschool through 5th grade.  We meet for 13 weeks in the fall, usually from the end of September into December, and 13 weeks from the end of January through April.   King’s Kids is a free program and is open to all children of the community.  We meet from 4:45 – 7 p.m. and participate in Bible class, music, a family-style dinner, and a craft or games.  Children learn that Jesus loves them and that they are special.. We also do outreach projects such as making cards for shut-ins and going Christmas caroling to Liberty Arms Care Center.  All are welcome!

Current King’s Kids events:

  1. The children are excited that they will get to march around the sanctuary with their palm branches and sing on Palm Sunday, which is April 14.  They have been working very hard learning their songs.  We will meet in the Dining Hall at 9:30 a.m. to practice songs one more time before the service.  We will wear our Church Hill shirts.
  2. Children’s Day will be on May 05, the first Sunday in May.  We are beginning to work on our music, so please encourage your child to join us this morning so they can be a part of it.

In His Love,

Terri West, Children’s Ministries Director
