Each year, Church Hill UMC participates in the Angel Tree Christmas Gift Program organized by the United Methodist Community Center in Youngstown.  We receive first names of children in low-income families, with clothing sizes and toy requests, written on tags which we display on our “Angel Tree” in November.  Members choose a name and sign up to provide the items requested, wrapped and returned in early December for delivery to the Community Center.  They distribute these gifts to the children at a special Christmas party, providing needed clothing and gifts for Christmas.
